Lose Wait Fast!  Price Your Home Correctly and Get it Sold On Time

Are you wondering why your home is not selling?  There are three main considerations that will affect the sale of your home:

  1. Location
  2. Condition
  3. Price

You cannot do anything about Location.  You can, however, control the Condition, and the Price.  

In my experience, the correct Price will resolve any issues you have with either Location or Condition.

Have your REALTOR advise you on what is the Correct Price for your home in today's market considering both location and condition.  Obviously the better the location and the better the condition, the better the price.  But, remember, the opposite is also true.

Pricing a home correctly, especially when first putting the home on the market is critical as is evidenced by the infographic below:

As you can see, in the early weeks of your home being on the market, your activity level will be the greatest, attracting propective buyers who are already actively looking at homes and seeing all the new listings that meet their criteria.  These first few weeks are critical as you can see how showing activity begins to drop off after the first two weeks.
